Association of Old Crows Electronic Warfare Scholarship awarded to Bryse Flowers

The Association of Old Crows (AOC) is an international professional organization specializing in electronic warfare, tactical information operations, and associated disciplines. The Capitol Club Chapter of the AOC provides scholarship awards to Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, preparing students for potential careers in electronic defense and warfare. A scholarship of $2,500 is awarded annually. The winner this year is Bryse Flowers. Congrats, Bryse! 

Bryse has worked with the Hume Center for two years and has been a part of two major research projects while pursuing his Master's Degree. Additionally, Bryse has worked tirelessly to publish his research, currently writing a journal article to be submitted in December for peer review. Bryse has demonstrated professionalism and zeal in his research and leadership and the Hume Center congratulates Bryse on his success!
